How to contact your state legislator
Find your state legislators at the Legislator Look up HERE. Check what committees that they are on.
Message your legislator HERE Messages sent using this site are printed out and placed on the corner of the legislator's desk throughout the day.
Legislators often say they don't have time to read emails or other social media during the session.
If you are trying to have a conversation with a legislator, try calling their phone or using the email listed in the roster of Legislators, which can be found here: https://leg.mt.gov/legislator-information/ However, it is doubtful that this will work for all of them, as some of them don't list phone numbers or email addresses, or list phone numbers for their home landline phones when they actually are in Helena.
Some of the more social media adept legislators may have Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram accounts.
